Returns

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 60 days after the day of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All goods must be returned unused and with all contents unused and included for a refund to be granted.

Please include your name and order number and brief statement of the reason for return and if you would prefer a replacement, alternative product or refund. 

Engraved orders: with regard to engraved products, provided the details of the engraving match your initial order and the product has not been used, then we will still accept the return.

We offer a FREE returns service on all products for UK orders.

Warranties

All products sold by Towcester Leather are quality products and carry our manufacturer's warranty to cover any manufacturing defects for 12 months. You will always be able to talk to a real person involved with production, engraving & handling of the goods we sell on 01908632020.
